  1. This event is free of charge, but due to epidemic prevention considerations and limited seats, please register as soon as possible to participate. The organizing committee reserves the right to check the eligibility and changing of the program.
  2. An email with information validity confirmation and registration number will be sent to you within 3 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your registration information. At the meantime, after the due date for registration, an email will be sent to confirm the final eligibility of registration. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused for failure of registration due to overwhelming enrollment or pandemic considerations.
  3. Participants who registered for the physical session should bring (1)notification email of successful registration, (2) IC or identifiable documents for identity verification and (3) proof of vaccination to the check-in desk to verify their identity from 08:20~08:40. If any information or documents are missing, participants will be considered ineligible for admission and will be excused.
  4. Please bring your own mask or pandemic prevention equipment before attending the event, and the mask is suggested to be put on throughout the event (except for the meal period) to protect yourself and others.
