2022
第三屆永續金融科技、監理法遵之國際學術研討會
Center for Innovative FinTech Business Models, NCKU
The 3rd International Conference On FinTech, RegTech and Sustainable Finance

Introduction

FinTech is an emerging topic in the field of finance and engineering, with core technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, big data analytics, cloud computing, data mining, machine learning, and mobile payment (ABCDM technologies). These core technologies have been widely applied in various financial service areas to provide customers with the experience of future innovative financial services, but the information security risks and conflict of laws and regulations associated with various technology applications have prompted countries around the world to confront the rise of RegTech.

ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance, the three broad categories, or areas, of interest for so‒called “socially responsible investors.” Recently, green finance and circular economy have become the latest economic issues and more and more green finance‒related investment products are being launched. Companies have shown a great willingness to actively invest in circular economy business models. At the same time, many research institutions are drawing their attention to explore the relationship between economic activities and environmental performance. We believe that now is a good time to address the issues in FinTech, RegTech and sustainable finance issues.

This conference aims to bring together researchers, financial practitioners and interested pioneers from academia and financial sector to report, review and exchange the latest advances in FinTech and explore future research directions to improve technology and benefit the digital transformation of the industries. We welcome papers focusing on theoretical research, practical applications and experimental prototypes, as well as with survey papers.
